We're looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, growing team where quality comes first.

What You'll Be Doing

• Service and repair commercial refrigeration systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Preventative maintenance
• Repairs and breakdowns during normal working hours
• Work on cool rooms, freezer rooms, display cabinets and refrigeration plant
• Complete electronic job reports using Simpro
• Supporting install team when they need the help

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Disconnect Reconnect License
• Experience in commercial refrigeration service
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain one)

Experience with supermarkets, CO₂ systems and controls is highly regarded but not essential.

Most importantly...

No regular late-night after-hours breakdown roster.

We believe good technicians deserve time with their family, time to enjoy life and time to recharge. While some after-hours and weekend work is required, particularly during summer, we don't have the large contract portfolio that creates constant on-call demands—giving our technicians a better work-life balance.
