Physiotherapist – Community Care | Melbourne

Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is expanding, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.

This community-based role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants, aged care clients, and other community-based clients in their homes.

About the Role

You will provide:

• Functional assessments
• Goal-focused therapy and intervention
• Equipment prescription
• Home modification recommendations
• Capacity-building therapy to support independence and quality of life

About You

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who:

• Has a minimum of 3 years’ physiotherapy experience
• Builds strong rapport with clients and families
• Enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and variety
• Works well within a supportive, values-driven team
• Is passionate about improving outcomes in the community care setting

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
• Australian working rights, or eligibility for sponsorship
