ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will support the delivery of a range of nursing services in a community aged care setting. You will work as an extension of a multidisciplinary team supporting residents’ clinical needs. We are looking for staff that share our drive and think outside the box in the way we deliver healthcare initiatives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant degree qualification
• Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Undertake clinical assessments with consideration of clients social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
• Current Australian driver's license
• Provide clinically appropriate Care Planning including wound management and documentation
• Medication administration and charting
• Resident personal care requirements
• Act as an advocate for clients and provide them with a premium level of care and support
