Monarch Contracting is currently seeking experienced Concrete Patchers and Plasterers to join our growing team across several high-rise commercial construction projects in the Perth CBD and Perth Airport precinct.

This is an exciting opportunity to secure ongoing work with a company that is rapidly expanding its footprint across Perth's most prominent commercial projects. Both casual and full-time positions are available depending on your preference and availability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Concrete rectification and patching on high-rise commercial structures
• Surface preparation, grinding, and application of repair mortars and epoxy systems
• Working to specified concrete finish classifications (Class 1, 2 & 3)
• Operating Hilti dust-compliant equipment including grinders, hammer drills, and extraction systems
• Collaborating with site supervisors and project teams to meet program deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in concrete rectification, patching, or plastering in a commercial construction environment
• Background in high-rise or multi-storey construction highly regarded
• Ability to read and work to finish specifications and SWMS
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• White Card (Construction Induction) — essential
• Ability to pass site inductions including airport-specific security requirements
