A growing group managing childcare centres and dental surgeries is looking for a talented, creative, and hands-on Content Creator & Website Designer to join our team full-time.

This is an onsite role only. Working from home is not available.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence across multiple brands, including website development, SEO, lead optimisation, social media content creation, and video production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, update, and manage company websites using WordPress
• Monitor and improve SEO performance across websites
• Prepare, manage, and optimise lead generation campaigns
• Create daily content for social media platforms
• Shoot short videos and promotional content for childcare and dental businesses
• Edit and upload videos, reels, and other digital content
• Maintain brand consistency across websites and social media
• Work closely with management to plan campaigns, promotions, and content calendars
• Support online growth, engagement, and enquiry generation across all businesses

About You

• Experience in WordPress website design and management
• Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, and lead generation
• Skilled in creating social media content, especially short-form videos
• Confident with video shooting, editing, and uploading
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple brands and projects
• Good understanding of digital marketing and online audience engagement
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with the team
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
