Pho Home is a growing Vietnamese restaurant group operating across Port Macquarie and Kempsey, NSW.

We are looking for reliable, fast-working Cook / FOH All-Rounder team members who can work well in a busy, high-pressure restaurant environment.This role is suitable for someone who can multi-task, take initiative, priorities tasks and work independently once trained.

During peak service, orders may come in at the same time from dine-in customers, phone calls, DoorDash, Uber Eats and catering orders. The right candidate must stay calm, organized and support the team when it gets busy.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook dishes according to Pho Home's recipes and standards
- Prepare ingredients and follow kitchen procedures
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and food safety standards
- Take customer orders and assist front counter operations when required
- Prepare front-area food items such as Rice Paper Rolls, Pork Rolls, Salad Bowls and other ready-to-serve items
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately
- Handle multiple order channels during busy service
- Support kitchen and FOH team members during peak periods
- Communicate clearly with management and team members

What We Are Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Currently located in Australia
- Able to relocate to Port Macquarie / Kempsey and start within 2 weeks if successful
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Able to multi-task during busy lunch and dinner service
- Able to work independently once trained
- Able to take initiative and priorities tasks properly
- Comfortable working across different areas of the restaurant when needed
- Interested in long-term employment and growth with the business

This role is not suitable for someone who can only work in one fixed station or needs constant instruction for every task.

Important Requirements
- Must currently be located in Australia
- Must be able to relocate to Port Macquarie / Kempsey and start within 2 weeks if successful
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must complete a compulsory 2-week paid trial before signing an employment contract
- Must hold a valid driver licence or be willing to obtain one within 6 months after signing the employment contract
