Salt Mine Fish & Chips is looking for an experienced, reliable cook to join our team in Soldiers Point.

This is a hands-on kitchen position in a busy fish and chip shop. We are looking for someone who can work confidently during busy service periods, takes pride in producing consistent food and is happy to be part of a small team.

The role includes fish and seafood preparation, frying and cooking, food preparation, maintaining food quality and presentation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.

Previous commercial kitchen, takeaway, fish and chip or hospitality cooking experience is strongly preferred.

You must be reliable, able to work efficiently under pressure and be available for weekend shifts.

We can offer approximately 35–45 hours per week, with a strong hourly rate and consistent work.
