We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team.

You must have:

* Previous experience in a busy Indian kitchen

* Strong knowledge of Indian Entrees

* Experience with Tandoor

* Good knowledge of Indian Curries & gravies

* Ability to assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

* Passion for cooking and bringing new ideas & dishes to the kitchen

* Strong work ethic and attention to quality

* Reliable, punctual & hardworking

* Ability to work well as part of a team
