SSAM Korean BBQ Ringwood is a well-established and growing Korean BBQ restaurant, known for delivering authentic flavours and memorable dining experiences. We are currently seeking experienced Cooks and Chefs to join our passionate and dedicated kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Korean dishes to a high standard
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support menu development and improvement
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a passion for quality food
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience (required)
• Valid Australian work rights (required)
• Ability to work on-site in Ringwood
• Avaliable to work minimun of 4 days per week
