Positions Available

Curry Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian curries and traditional dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.

Tandoori Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic tandoori dishes using traditional techniques.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
• Prepare marinades, naan breads, kebabs, and other tandoori specialties.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Wait Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
