Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a boutique dental clinic in Melbourne's inner south-east, known for their unique, science-based approach to holistic dentistry. Combining advanced technology with a minimally invasive treatment philosophy, this clinic offers a truly progressive alternative to traditional dental care.

What you'll do:

• Provide chairside assistance across holistic, laser, surgical, cosmetic and general dental treatments
• Prepare and sterilise instruments and clinical rooms to a high standard
• Manage advanced equipment including ozone, laser, iTero digital scanning and stem cell technology
• Support Invisalign appointments and coordinate with labs
• Assist with stock management, daily clinic setup/close, and daily & end-of-month checklists

What we're looking for:

• Life philosophies aligned with a holistic approach to health and wellness
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years' Dental Assisting experience, holding a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or an equivalent overseas qualification
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation standards
• A highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease
• Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a caring, happy attitude
