About the Role

Working closely with our dentists, management team, and laboratory staff, you will contribute to the day-to-day laboratory workflow while helping expand our implant and restorative laboratory services.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Fabricate high-quality dental prostheses using traditional and digital techniques
• Develop and expand our in-house implant prosthetic services
• Work with CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and modern dental technologies
• Collaborate closely with dentists during treatment planning and complex restorative cases
• Help improve laboratory systems, workflows, and efficiency
• Train and mentor future laboratory team members as the department grows
• Assist with front reception and basic administrative duties when required

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, repair, and manage dental prostheses to a high clinical standard
• Construct implant-supported restorations and removable prostheses
• Work closely with clinicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and quality control standards
• Keep the laboratory organised, clean, and operating efficiently
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the growth and development of the in-house laboratory

About You

You are a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Prosthetist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of something bigger.

Essential

• Qualified Dental Prosthetist
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn reception and administrative duties when required

Desirable

• Experience with implant prosthetics
• All-on-4® / All-on-6® experience
• Ceramist experience
• Orthodontic appliance experience
• 3D printing or digital workflow experience
• Experience mentoring or training others
