About Us

Thummim Oral Design is a quality-focused dental laboratory located in Cremorne Sydney.

Since 2003 we have been a member of the Oral Design International Foundation founded in Switzerland by world renowned master dental ceramist Willi Geller.

You will join our friendly, multicultural team of seven. We are passionate about teamwork craftsmanship and consistently achieving excellent results for our dentists and patients.

About the Roles

We currently have two positions available:

     Dental Ceramist

     Dental CAD CAM Design Technician

Both full-time and part-time arrangements are available.

Dental Ceramist

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

      Anterior PFM porcelain work

      PFZ and zirconia layering

      E.max layering

      Anterior and posterior aesthetic restorations

      Shade matching and characterisation

       Implant-supported restorations

Dental CAD CAM Design Technician

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in:

      3Shape and/or Exocad

      Crown and bridge design

      Implant restorations

      Digital Smile Design

      Full-arch or complex restorative cases

About You

We are looking for someone who

      Takes pride in producing high quality dental restorations

      Has excellent attention to detail

      Works well as part of a team

      Is reliable, responsible and willing to learn

      Communicates effectively in a multicultural workplace

      Has experience in porcelain work or dental CAD CAM design

Training may be provided to suitable applicants who have limited experience but demonstrate strong motivation, good manual skills and a genuine interest in developing their porcelain or CAD/CAM abilities.

An attractive salary package will be offered based on the applicant’s experience, technical ability and the quality of their work.
