Busy Bees at Shepparton is a 83-place service located at 2-10 St Georges Road, Shepparton VIC 3630, offering a supportive and community-focused environment where educators are empowered to deliver high-quality early learning experiences.
We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and deliver engaging programs for children, supporting their development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

About the Role

• Deliver a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for children
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
• Work collaboratively with the centre team to maintain high standards of care and education
• Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration (VIT)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is preferred
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for VIC
• Full working rights in Australia or eligibility for visa sponsorship
