We're seeking a passionate Educator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators seeking long-term career growth, including 482 or 494 employer sponsorship for eligible applicants.

What you'll do
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment for every child
Build positive relationships with children, families and your team
Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions
Contribute to maintaining high standards under the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver exceptional education and care
What you'll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety, always speaking up and doing the right thing in line with Busy Bees values
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Demonstrated experience working as an Educator within the Australian Early Childhood sector
Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration, or the ability to obtain one
Full working rights in Australia or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa pathways (482/494)
