Power Select Group is looking for a high-performing SAA-accredited electrician to join our team delivering premium solar and battery installations.

This role is suited to someone who:

• Takes pride in top-quality installs
• Works efficiently without cutting corners
• Wants to be paid based on output and performance

We run a salary + job bonus structure, meaning strong performers consistently earn well above standard industry wages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing high-quality solar PV systems
• Installing advanced battery systems (AC & DC coupled, backup setups)
• Commissioning and fault finding
• Switchboard upgrades and clean electrical work
• Delivering installs to a high professional standard
• Completing documentation using ServiceM8 and Pylon

What You Must Have

• QLD Electrical Licence
• SAA Solar Accreditation (essential)
• Proven experience in solar installs (battery experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000, 3008 & 5139
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Clean, professional workmanship
• Strong problem-solving skills
