• Work under Registered Nurse supervision
• Deliver holistic, person-centred care
• Support daily operations of the Care Community
• Contribute to service quality and improvement
• Build skills with ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse and care team
• Assist residents to achieve health and wellbeing goals
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
• Support quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Promote a positive and inclusive care environment

Skills & Experience

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• Sound clinical skills suited to role scope
• Commitment to continuous professional growth
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
