A rapidly growing and well-established ERP consulting firm is expanding its delivery team and is seeking multiple ERP Implementation Consultants.

We have an immediate priority for experienced Sage X3 Consultants, particularly those with strong manufacturing implementation expertise.

This is a delivery-focused consulting role within an established services team supporting a strong and consistent implementation pipeline across the Sage ecosystem.

You will work directly with clients, leading implementations end-to-end while helping to manage increased demand driven by sustained business growth.

The Role:

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementations (discovery through go-live)
• Deliver Sage X3 projects with a strong focus on manufacturing environments
• Work closely with manufacturing, distribution and finance stakeholders
• Manage fluctuating project workloads in a consistently busy pipeline
• Provide support to existing clients where required
• Collaborate with internal project leads and services management

This role suits a hands-on consultant who thrives in delivery environments and can confidently manage implementations without close supervision.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant (mid to senior level)
• Strong Sage X3 experience (manufacturing expertise highly regarded)
• Experience with Sage Intacct, MYOB Acumatica, or MS Business Central also considered
• Demonstrated full-cycle implementation delivery experience
• Strong practical system capability (technical testing will form part of the recruitment process)
• A delivery-focused, adaptable and professional approach
• Confidence working in fast-paced environments with changing project demands
