• 2+ years barbering experience
• High-quality, consistent, finished haircuts
• Strong customer service and communication
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Comfortable capturing photos and short videos of your work
• Confidently recommend suitable products and ask happy clients to leave a review.

• Senior-barber-only shop
• Strong walk-in traffic and consistent client demand

• Base salary: $79,040 – $93,600 (experience & availability dependent)
• OTE includes:
