Must be available on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

Minimum 1–2 years experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine (Curries, Tandoor, or Biryani).

Strong understanding of food safety, prep work, and kitchen sanitation.

Ability to handle high-volume service during peak hours.
