Description

We're hiring an experienced Indian chef for our restaurants, with locations in Hobart CBD and Blackmans Bay.

Full-time position, 38 hrs/week.

 

About the role:

Preparing authentic North & South Indian dishes - curries, tandoori, biryani, and more.

Working in a busy restaurant kitchen.

Maintaining consistent quality and presentation during service.

 

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as an Indian cuisine chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking, spice balancing, and traditional techniques.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment.

Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about food quality.
