Join one of Perth's leading vehicle paint protection and wrap specialists. We're growing and hiring across two roles — PPF Installers and Auto Detailers — for our Osborne Park workshop. We work on everything from 4WDs and daily drivers to supercars and exotics, and we hold a high bar on every job that leaves the shop.

PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer

You'll handle the precise installation of paint protection film across a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to exotics.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles for PPF (washing, decontamination, clay bar, paint correction)
• Cutting templates using dedicated PPF software and a digital cutter, and creating custom templates where none exist
• Applying various PPF brands (STEK, SunTek, Avery Dennison, UPPF, etc.) with precision and zero defects — bulk and pre-cut, gloss and matte
• Post-installation finishing: edge sealing, trimming, final checks and QA
• Maintaining a clean, organised work area and following company and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' hands-on PPF installation (both templated and bulk methods)
• Experience wrapping exotic vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage your time

Vehicle Detailer & Polisher

You'll deliver high-end detailing and paint correction to a show-quality standard, including prepping vehicles to a flawless base ahead of PPF and wrap installation.

Key responsibilities:

• Multi-stage paint correction — compounding, machine polishing, swirl and defect removal to a show finish
• Premium ceramic coating application and curing
• Full decontamination — wash, clay bar, iron/fallout removal
• Basic vehicle hardware removal — badges, trim and fittings — ahead of correction, prep and install
• Interior detailing — leather, trim, fabric and glass
• Preparing vehicles to a perfect base for the install team
• Final QA and customer-ready presentation; maintaining a clean, organised workspace

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in high-end or production detailing, ideally on premium and exotic vehicles
• Strong machine polishing and paint correction skills
• Ceramic coating application experience
• A sharp eye for finish quality under different lighting
• Reliable, independent, and takes genuine pride in the work
