The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. They will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ideal Candidate
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Minimum of 2 years' mental health nursing experience
Demonstrate sound risk assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Practice within a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed framework
Thrive in multidisciplinary environments
Are motivated, resilient and committed to clinical excellence
