ReSource is Australia's largest e-waste and battery recycling facility. We process electronics and batteries for major retailers, councils and government across Victoria.

We're hiring two hardworking people to join our busy Derrimut site.

No experience needed — just show up, work hard, and take pride in keeping things clean and tidy.

What you'll be doing:

• Sweeping, shovelling, and general floor cleaning
• Operating industrial blowers and vacuums
• Operating basic equipment like our x-ray battery sorter — no special skills required, we train you on the day
• Keeping the factory clean and safe throughout the day

What we need from you:

• Physically fit — this is active, on-your-feet work all day
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Full working rights in Australia

If you've got an IT hardware or software degree, you'll be highly valued — we're taking on a higher tech focus across the business and we need people with tech know-how on the factory floor. The growth path here is in operator and supervisor roles, not in offices.
