The Opportunity:
ISS is searching for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen operations working Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Adelaide Airport to our remote sites throughout South Australia. In this role, you will be working on either a 14:14 or 8:6 roster, giving you the balance to enjoy life outside of work. Reporting to the Head Chef/Village Manager, you’ll showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic remote mining environment while supporting the catering team to deliver high-quality meals and a positive on-site dining experience for residents.
Working 10-12 hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As Chef, you will participate in kitchen operations while working with fellow qualified chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals with consistency and pride.
