About the Role
Lorg Talent is currently seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator and Grader Operators for ongoing FIFO mining and civil projects across the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mining and civil contractor operating across WA, working on large-scale earthworks and construction projects on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth with day shifts only.

Visa sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidates.
Candidates currently on Working Holiday Visas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Excavators, Graders, and other earthmoving equipment on mining and civil projects
• Carrying out GPS Final Trim works to design levels and specifications
• Road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, and detailed finishing works
• Working safely and efficiently within site teams
• Conducting pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance
• Assisting with general earthworks and site operations as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience operating Excavators or Graders on mining or civil projects
• Strong GPS machine control and Final Trim operating experience essential
• Experience using Trimble, Topcon, or Leica GPS systems preferred
• Experience operating CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi equipment highly regarded
• Relevant operating tickets and licence
• Valid HR Driver’s Licence or above
• Construction White Card
• Current National Police Clearance
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
