The business is a boutique FS recruiter that has spent 15 years going deep rather than wide. Funds management, banking, accounting and finance, super, wealth, insurance. The brand and the client network are already built. What they want now is someone to help own the Melbourne growth story.

This is a 360 desk in a competitive, BD focused market. You bring the hustle and the relationship skills, they bring the name, the clients and the runway.

What you would run

A 360 financial services desk across funds management, banking, accounting and finance, super, wealth or insurance

Genuine BD in a competitive market, backed by a 15 year FS brand

Long term client relationships, the kind that span 20 years here, not transactional one offs

The package

90k to 100k base plus super depending on experience

Commission from 33 percent, tiering up to 43 percent as you bill

Quarterly billing target around 150k

Hybrid working, 3 days in, 2 from home, with flexible start and finish

Annual Hunter Valley trip, quarter end events, team days and trips up to Sydney

Client and candidate expense account, smart casual office

Visa sponsorship and PR support available, and they will sponsor the right person straight away

You will fit if you

Have agency recruitment experience, financial services or professional services preferred

Are confident with BD and building in a competitive space

Communicate well and carry yourself with a calm, corporate, polished style
