With 16 stores across Melbourne, Hunky Dory is on a path of continued expansion and brand growth.

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our South Melbourne team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the FOH team and ensuring each shift runs smoothly, efficiently and to Hunky Dory standards.

What will you do:

• Lead and supervise the FOH team, including allocating staff to stations and managing the team throughout service
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of each shift, including opening, closing and handovers
• Deliver excellent customer service, manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Oversee POS operations, orders and cash handling while ensuring service runs efficiently
• Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain high standards
• Maintain FOH presentation, cleanliness, food safety and Hunky Dory service standards
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members
• Be hands-on during busy periods and lead by example

What do you need:

• Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience (QSR or high-volume hospitality experience highly regarded)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to confidently lead a team during busy service periods
• Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
• RSA Certificate
