About the role

Yuvi's Char & Bar in Camden, NSW is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Time chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Full Time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals that delight our customers. This full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
2. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
3. Maintain a clean and organised work station
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency
5. Adhere to all health and safety standards
6. Assist with menu development and new dish creation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Oppurtunity for future sponsorship for work visa for right candidate
