HORT CULTURE in North Narrabeen, NSW is a professional garden maintenance company that covers the north shore areas of Sydney.

We focus on garden maintenance and soft scaping, which gives us the ability to offer a premium service to our clients. We are a family run business who take pride in our work and enjoy what we do.

About the Role

Complete all aspects of garden maintenance at a high quality as well managing a team.
4 DAY WEEK!!!……Working hours are 7am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday.
Paid overtime can be available during summer.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

• HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY & RELIABLE
• Have excellent communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail and have a great work ethic.
• Qualification OR experienced in Horticulture and have a good knowledge of garden maintenance
• Hold a current Manual drivers licence
• Able to work independently, as a team leader or as part of a team.
• Teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices
• Monitor the health of gardens and have an approach that progressively improves the quality of our jobs.
• Good time management skills.
• Have experience in all aspects of garden maintenance including:
  - Hedging
  - Pruning
  - Weeding
  - Plant health etc.
• You will be working with all of our team members at a variety of jobs.
