Chapman Road Dental Clinic is a long-established dental practice in Geraldton, Western Australia, proudly serving the local community for 47 years.

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our team. An experienced dentist would be preferred; however, we also welcome applications from new graduates and ADC-qualified overseas-trained dentists who are looking for strong mentorship and an opportunity to develop their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We would particularly like to hear from an experienced dentist looking for a long-term opportunity in Western Australia.

However, new graduates and ADC-qualified dentists are strongly encouraged to apply. If you are early in your Australian dental career, our experienced team can provide mentorship and support while you establish yourself clinically.

Applicants should have, or be eligible to obtain, AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

Remuneration packages for new graduates and less-experienced ADC candidates will be discussed individually according to experience and support requirements.

Relocating to Geraldton

For dentists relocating from interstate or overseas, we understand that moving involves more than simply starting a new job.

For the right candidate, we are happy to discuss practical relocation support, including initial accommodation assistance and help settling into Geraldton.

Remuneration & Benefits

For experienced candidates, we can discuss a guaranteed base salary generally in the range of $160,000–$200,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on clinical experience, capability, working arrangements and the overall employment structure.

We are also open to discussing:

* Percentage/commission-based remuneration and longer-term earning potential
* Approximately 30–40 working hours per week, with flexibility
* 482 visa sponsorship/support for suitable candidates
* Potential support towards a longer-term permanent residency pathway
* Relocation assistance for suitable interstate or international candidates
* Initial accommodation assistance, depending on individual circumstances
* Ongoing clinical mentorship and professional development
