General Maintenance Supervisor – Del Rio Riverside Resort

Del Rio Riverside Resort is a premier 450-acre resort located on the picturesque Hawkesbury River. As we continue to expand our accommodation, function facilities and guest services, we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled General Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, plastering and handyman work.
• Maintain guest accommodation, amenities, public areas and recreational facilities.
• Operate lawn mowers, brush cutters, tractors and other maintenance equipment.
• Maintain roads, gardens, fences and landscaped areas.
• Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management.
• Maintain pools, pumps and general resort infrastructure (training provided where required).
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in general maintenance, building, facilities management or a similar role.
• Practical skills across multiple trades.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver's licence (or ability to obtain one in Australia).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting or landscaping.
• White Card.
• Forklift, tractor or excavator experience.
• Experience working in hotels, resorts, caravan parks or tourism facilities.
