An opportunity is available for a UK-trained doctor to join a well-established regional General Medicine service in Queensland, offering broad inpatient experience, consultant supervision and opportunities to continue developing your physician training in Australia.

The role

You'll work within an established General Medicine service managing a diverse range of adult medical presentations.

The service offers exposure to acute inpatient medicine, complex medical patients and collaboration with multiple subspecialties, providing a strong environment to build your Australian clinical experience.

For UK-trained doctors

This opportunity may suit doctors with NHS and UK General Medicine experience, including doctors progressing through UK physician training or working at Registrar level.

UK-trained doctors may be eligible for an Australian registration pathway through the Competent Authority pathway, subject to individual assessment.
