At MedCare by Caretakers Australia, we connect healthcare professionals with trusted medical practices across Australia. We work closely with clinics and doctors to understand their needs and help create the right match for long-term success. We are currently recruiting VR GPs, Non-VR GPs, Locum GPs, and eligible International Medical Graduates for well-established medical practices across VIC, NSW, QLD, and TAS.

About the Role

• Opportunities are available with well-established medical practices offering strong patient bases, supportive clinical teams, and modern consulting environments.
• Practices are equipped with contemporary technology, including Best Practice, HotDoc, and eScripts, to support efficient clinical workflows and quality patient care.
• A range of employment options is available, including permanent, part-time, and locum positions, with flexibility depending on the individual practice.
• Comprehensive nursing and experienced administrative support are provided to enable doctors to focus on delivering patient-centred care.
• Collaborative clinical environments, professional development opportunities, and, where applicable, visa sponsorship and supervision for eligible candidates are available across selected practices.

About You

We're looking for doctors who are passionate about delivering quality patient care and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

Applicants should have:

• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)
• VR GP, Non-VR GP, Locum GP, GP Registrar, or eligible International Medical Graduate
  status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to patient centered care
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
