This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Geriatrician to join a large regional health service delivering comprehensive care across acute, subacute, rehabilitation, and community settings.
The role offers broad clinical exposure, a collaborative physician group, and genuine flexibility around service interests. You’ll work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams with support from junior medical staff, allied health, rehabilitation services, and aged care programs.

You will provide specialist geriatric medicine services across inpatient and consultative settings, including:
Acute geriatric assessment
Orthogeriatrics
Cognitive and memory assessment services
Rehabilitation and transition care
Falls and frailty management
Multidisciplinary discharge planning
Support and supervision of junior clinicians
There is also the opportunity to become involved in teaching, quality improvement initiatives, and service development projects.
Requirements
Fellowship of the RACP or substantially comparable qualification
Eligible for registration with AHPRA
IMG candidates assessed as substantially comparable are encouraged to apply
