The Opportunity

Crawford & Company, the world's largest publicly listed claims management organisation, is seeking a high-calibre Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join its GTS team in Sydney.

This is a strategic opportunity to manage a portfolio of significant, technically complex claims while working alongside a highly regarded team of senior professionals. You will deliver expert advice, drive claim resolution, and support major clients across the insurance market.

About You

You are a credible, market-respected Loss Adjuster with a proven track record managing major and complex claims. You bring strong industry relationships, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with confidence.

Key Capabilities

• Experience managing major and complex loss claims
• Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and technical excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in major and complex loss adjusting
• ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Valid driver's licence
