About the Role
You will lead the Chinese kitchen operation, delivering authentic Sichuan cuisine while maintaining exceptional food quality, safety standards and operational excellence.
The role operates on a FIFO roster based from Perth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Sichuan cuisine to a high standard
Lead and manage kitchen operations
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain food safety and compliance standards
Assist with menu planning and food innovation
Manage stock, ordering and kitchen resources
Ensure consistent food quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Strong expertise in authentic Sichuan cuisine
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Chef
Strong leadership and kitchen management experience
Commitment to quality, authenticity and food safety
Mandarin or relevant Chinese dialect advantageous
Strong cultural knowledge of Sichuan cuisine highly regarded
