• Salary from $120,000 + Super + Tips dinners only

About You

We're interested in speaking with chefs who possess:

• Proven experience in authentic Cantonese or Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional techniques, premium ingredients and handmade dumplings.
• Experience within premium restaurants, luxury hotels or hatted/michelin star dining establishments.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• A calm, organised and hands-on management style.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
