Job Description
An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Head Chef or accomplished Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing the launch of a flagship regional restaurant. Working alongside an experienced culinary leadership team, you will lead all kitchen operations while delivering exceptional modern Cantonese cuisine, developing a high-performing brigade and maintaining the highest culinary standards.

You Will Bring
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant environment.
