JRM Hospitality is currently recruiting across several Head Chef opportunities ranging from refined restaurant environments through to large-scale, high-volume operations.
These are genuine leadership roles suited to experienced kitchen professionals who still love building teams, driving culture, mentoring chefs, and leading from the front.
The opportunities span a variety of concepts and cooking styles including:

• Refined French Bistro
• High-volume seafood-focused dining
• Pan-Asian concepts blending Chinese & Japanese influences
• Elevated modern pub operations

Some venues are Sydney CBD based, while others are positioned further south for candidates looking for a lifestyle shift, change of pace, or a move into a more community-driven environment without sacrificing quality or career growth.
Several of the groups are expanding and can offer long-term progression into Executive Chef, multi-site, or broader group leadership pathways.

• Creativity balanced with operational discipline
• The ability to manage both people and performance
