Our clients are currently looking for an experienced Hotel / Motel Manager to join their hospitality business in Regional New South Wales.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of approximately AUD $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
For a suitable candidate who meets the relevant eligibility requirements, Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa sponsorship may be available.
Applicants must currently be in Australia and hold valid work rights.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the hotel/motel, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, accommodation services and overall business operations.
The role requires a hands-on manager who is capable of managing staff, dealing with guests, supervising daily operations and ensuring the property operates efficiently.

Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Motel Manager, Accommodation Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager or similar position will be highly regarded.
The employer may consider Subclass 494 sponsorship for an eligible candidate.
