About the Role

• This is a phone-based sales role working with inbound leads.
• You’ll be speaking with customers across Australia, understanding their needs, and presenting high value products and solutions that deliver long-term benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a pipeline of warm inbound leads
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs
• Presenting tailored solutions and closing sales
• Handling objections confidently
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Working towards sales targets and KPIs

About You

• Must have experience in sales (call centre or phone-based preferred)
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Motivated by earning potential and career growth
• Ability to sell or learn to sell higher-value products ($10K+)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
