Bikanervala, one of India's most recognised vegetarian restaurant brands, is launching its first Australian outlet in Adelaide.
We are seeking experienced and passionate chefs to be part of our opening team and grow with the brand as we expand in Australia.
Positions Available:
- Tandoor Chef (Naan/Roti Specialist)
- South Indian / Dosa Chef
- Indo-Chinese Wok Chef
- Experienced Line Cooks
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join an internationally recognised brand at launch stage. You will be working in a structured, process-driven kitchen focused on consistency, quality, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation
- Perform under high-volume service conditions
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
- Support kitchen setup and operational systems (opening phase)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in relevant cuisine (tandoor, South Indian, or Indo
-Chinese)
