About the Role

In this hands-on position you will deliver high‑quality surface preparation across a range of protective systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring correct surface preparation and consistent coating quality
• Applying protective coatings including epoxies, urethanes, and specialised paint systems
• Maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project timeframes
• Following all safety procedures, industry codes, and Australian Standards
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
• Visa sponsorship opportunities may be available for those already in Perth, Western Australia and suitably qualified for the work.

What We are Looking For

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Painter/Blaster
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
• A committed, safety-first mindset
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Relevant tickets and certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends (penalty rates apply)
