A business in genuine transformation. A role that matters from day one.
We're working with a high-volume FMCG manufacturing operation running 3 production lines (soon to be 5), 24/5, supplying some of Australia's biggest retailers at serious scale. For three years running the business has been rated "A great place to work", and the engagement scores show it. This is a site where people stay, grow, and get promoted.
Right now, they are in the middle of one of the biggest operational changes in the site's history: a full SAP implementation. They are needing sharp, process-driven Inventory Controllers to help them land it.
The Role
The Inventory Controllers will be the engine behind accurate stock control across our production lines, scanning and transferring every ingredient and packaging material in SAP, running cycle counts, conducting hourly system health checks during go-live, and training operators on correct scanning procedures. You'll float between goods receiving and the production floor, and you'll be the person who catches errors before they become problems.
This role will evolve. As SAP embeds and automation increases over the next two years, so will your scope.
What You'll Bring
FMCG or manufacturing background, ideally in a high-volume, high-SKU environment
SAP experience is a strong advantage - but attitude and aptitude will be weighted heavily
Comfortable across one of the daily shifts (day, afternoon, night)
Self-directed, process-oriented, and calm under pace
Forklift license is a bonus
The Culture
Fast-paced, energetic, and genuinely rewarding if you love to work hard. This isn't the right place for everyone. If you're improvement-focused, adaptable, and motivated by being part of something growing, you'll fit right in.
Benefits
$80,000–$90,000 base; up to $100,000 for exceptional candidates
Afternoon and night shift loadings on top
Daily production bonuses
Real internal mobility, people here grow into supply planning, purchasing, and leadership
