ABOUT WESTERN BERRY COMPANY
Western Berry Company is a growing blueberry farming group based in Regans Ford, approximately 100 km north of Perth in the Swan Coastal Plain. We operate across multiple farming entities, managing everything from paddock to market, and our finance team plays a central role in keeping our operations running efficiently. We are a close-knit, value-driven team that offers a genuine opportunity to build a career in agribusiness finance — with direct access to experienced leadership and a Senior Accountant committed to your development.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, you will be the engine room of our day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on, end-to-end finance role covering accounts receivable, overseeing accounts payable, reporting, and compliance — with real exposure to the seasonal rhythms of a multi-entity agribusiness. This role would be suited for either a career Bookkeeper/Accountant or a Junior Accountant studying towards CPA/CA looking to develop their skills and progress to Senior Accountant in two or three years. You will work on-site at our Regans Ford farm, with the opportunity to live locally in Gingin or the stunning coastal community of Lancelin or Ledge Point, just minutes away.
