Salary:
$75,000+ per year (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Korean dishes, maintaining high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal offerings
Monitor and replenish buffet stations to ensure they remain stocked and appealing
Inventory Control and ordering
Staff management and training
Compliance with OH&S and regulatory Food Safety requirements and record keeping
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in high volume kitchens, preferably in buffet settings or with Korean cuisine
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
