Job Capital is seeking an experienced Lead Hand Electrician to provide hands-on leadership across commercial electrical construction projects in Brisbane.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate electricians and apprentices
Plan and sequence daily electrical work
Lead smaller projects independently and support the Foreman or Site Supervisor
Read drawings, specifications and project scopes
Monitor productivity, workmanship and project milestones
Manage tools, materials, equipment, safety and quality documentation
Mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople
Communicate professionally with clients, builders and contractors
Candidate requirements
Recognised electrical trade qualification
Strong commercial electrical construction experience
Previous responsibility for coordinating electrical teams
Ability to plan work and resolve site issues
Strong safety, quality, leadership and communication capability
Current driver licence and willingness to relocate to Brisbane
Ability to meet Australian visa, health and character requirements
