The Role As a Loadout Supervisor, you will take ownership of dispatch operations, leading a team to ensure product is picked, staged, and loaded efficiently, safely, and on time.
You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and improving processes across the loadout function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily loadout and dispatch operations
Manage, coach, and develop a team of operators and forklift drivers
Ensure accurate and timely loading of finished goods
Coordinate with production and planning teams to meet dispatch schedules
Monitor KPIs such as DIFOT, productivity, and accuracy
Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee reporting, shift handovers, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Loadout / Dispatch / Warehouse Supervisor role
Strong background in FMCG or food manufacturing
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive team performance
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and food safety standards
Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP highly regarded)
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol testing
