The Role As a Loadout Supervisor, you will take ownership of dispatch operations, leading a team to ensure product is picked, staged, and loaded efficiently, safely, and on time.

You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and improving processes across the loadout function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily loadout and dispatch operations
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of operators and forklift drivers
• Ensure accurate and timely loading of finished goods
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to meet dispatch schedules
• Monitor KPIs such as DIFOT, productivity, and accuracy
• Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee reporting, shift handovers, and team performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Loadout / Dispatch / Warehouse Supervisor role
• Strong background in FMCG or food manufacturing
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive team performance
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
• Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP highly regarded)
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol testing
