Description

We are a growing fast-food brand with 2 stores across Melbourne, and we are looking for an experienced, professional and motivated Restaurant / Area Manager to oversee both locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills and wants to take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of both stores

* Lead, train, motivate and manage staff and supervisors

* Ensure all SOPs, food safety, hygiene and quality standards are consistently followed

* Manage staff rosters, attendance, performance and productivity

* Monitor daily sales, labour costs, food costs and wastage

* Ensure stores are properly staffed and operating efficiently

* Conduct regular store inspections and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation

* Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally

* Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control

* Ensure food preparation, service and product quality meet company standards

* Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

* Ensure both stores open and close on time and follow company procedures

* Maintain strong communication with staff and business owners

* Take responsibility for achieving sales and operational targets

* Help build a positive, professional and accountable team culture

Previous experience managing 2 or more hospitality/fast-food locations will be highly regarded. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, subject to the candidate meeting applicable visa and sponsorship requirements
